Devotees will get the money offered as Prasad.

This time on the occasion of Deepotsav, for the first time along with Shri Mahalakshmi Temple located at Manak Chowk in Ratlam city, Shri Mahalakshminarayan Temple located in Kalika Mata Temple area has been attractively decorated with Dhanalakshmi. Bundles of notes of one, two, five, 10, 20, 50, 100, 200, 5000 rupees given by the devotees have been used in the decoration.

This time both the temples were decorated with notes only and devotees will be able to admire the decorations till Deepotsav. Distribution of Kuber Potli among the devotees was also started in Manak Chowk temple from Saturday.

This temple is famous all over the country
Actually, Mahalakshmi Temple located in Manak Chowk is famous across the country for its decoration with notes and jewellery, but this time it has been decorated only with notes. Online entry of devotees giving notes has been done. Devotees who brought cash were given token numbers on e-mail. After receiving the token, the amount was taken after giving the OTP. Along with this, mobile number and Aadhaar number were also taken. To whom the deposited money will be given as Prasad.

Jewelery is not being taken
While returning the amount also new OTP and token number will have to be given. 22 CCTV cameras are installed for the security of the temple. Ashwin Pujari of the temple said that hundreds of devotees have deposited cash. This includes bundles of notes ranging from Rs 1 to Rs 500. Not taking jewelery this time. The temple has been decorated only with notes. In view of security, police personnel of Manakchowk police station are deployed.

Damka Mahalakshminarayan Temple for the first time
On the lines of Manak Chowk temple, for the first time, decorations were done for the festival of lights in Shri Mahalakshminarayan temple located in Kalika Mata temple area. Here too, bundles of notes were deposited by hundreds of devotees, which have been decorated.

Police personnel deployed for security
Priests Asim and Deepak Vyas told that receipts have been given to the devotees after taking a photocopy of the Aadhar card. The amount deposited has been mentioned in it. There are four permanent CCTV cameras in the temple premises. Six temporary cameras have also been installed. Due to this, all the activities of the temple premises are being captured. Police personnel are also deployed.
