Lucknow. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has given good news to the government employees of Uttar Pradesh. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has decided to give bonus to the state government employees for the financial year 2024-25 on the occasion of Diwali. The Chief Minister said that this decision is a symbol of the state government’s appreciation for the hard work and dedication of the employees. The role of government employees is very important in the progress of the state and the government is committed to their welfare at every level.
According to a statement, the bonus has been approved for state government employees as per an order issued by the Finance Department on the instructions of the Chief Minister. This bonus will be given by calculating the emoluments of 30 days based on the maximum limit of monthly emoluments of Rs. 7,000, which will give each eligible employee a benefit of Rs. 6,908.
According to the information, bonus will be given to the employees before Diwali. Employees up to pay matrix level 8 (₹47,600-₹1,51,100) will get the benefit of bonus. That means, those whose salary is Rs 47 thousand to Rs 1.5 lakh per month will get its benefit. Employees of educational institutions and local bodies aided by state funds will benefit from this.
CM Yogi has instructed the officials to ensure timely payment of bonus. This payment is expected to be distributed around the second week of October, before Diwali, to ensure employees have additional funds for the festive season. With this decision of CM, there is new energy in governance and the enthusiasm for Diwali has doubled. The government is honoring the loyalty and contribution of government employees.
